Lowcarbon.com has changed its name to lowcarbonjobs.com, which we think better reflects what we do. Everything else stays the same. The old name will redirect for a while but make sure you update bookmarks etc in the meantime.
We’ve changed our company name! We wanted a name that better reflects what we do. The new name is Working Planet Limited. Don’t worry, we’ve not been bought or anything. The lowcarbon.com name won’t change. Our new company website is here: www.workingplanet.co.uk
We’ve posted the results from our recent user survey here. We’re pleased to say that we have an educated and experienced readership! 90% of respondents have a degree and 50% have a higher degree. 58% have more than 5 years experience.

We’ve moved location. Now based at the Innovation Centre on the University of Exeter campus. Great views and much more space. New address on the About us page.
We’ve just rejigged the site slightly. Courses and events now have their own tab and the company directory is part of the main site. We hope this will make the site even easier to use.
October was our busiest month so far with 145,000 pageviews and 60,000 visits!
We’ve added a frequency option to email alerts – you can now choose to receive alerts weekly (sent on Friday evening) or daily (sent every weekday).
Traffic and the number of ads posted on the site are rising. We’ve just added a directory of companies and organisations operating in the energy, climate and carbon management sector. Inclusion in the directory is free.
