Low Carbon Innovation Centre

The Low Carbon Innovation Centre is the strategic, administrative and academic hub for the University of East Anglia’s low-carbon climate change innovation activities. LCIC’s key business streams are:

• Carbon Consulting: Whatever stage you’ve reached on the journey to a low carbon future the LCIC Carbon Consulting service has the expertise to help you take the next step. We offer end to end carbon services including carbon evaluation, carbon footprinting, and life-cycle anaylsis.

• CRed System: an online tool providing solutions for individuals and organisations to reduce their carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and to record the results. The 2009 redesign of the system has allowed us to specifically target Local Authorities addressing National Indicator 186 and organisations that will fall under scrutiny of the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC). Our client base ranges across the corporate and public sectors.
